We’re in the midst of winter, and it’s the perfect time for me to share a few soups and stews that are guaranteed to make you feel all warm and cozy. I’ve got 24 keto soups and stew recipes to share with you today, and they’re sure to get your inspiration simmering. At the heart of every good soup and stew is a great bone broth.
A quality bone broth is packed with electrolytes, plus gut friendly gelatin and collagen. I’ve talked a lot about the benefits of bone broth before — how it can help to reduce inflammation throughout the body, strengthen your gut, adrenals, bones, and teeth, promote healthy joints, tendons, and ligaments, support the function of your immune system, improve the quality of your skin … the list goes on and on!
Making bone broth at home isn’t always the most convenient option, especially when you’re using it as a base for another recipe, but I’ve got a great premade option for my Canadian friends and it can be used in any of the 24 keto stew and soup recipes below!
Broya Bone Broth is a must have for my northern readers, and as a Canadian myself, I’m proud to tell you about them. Broya uses the highest quality ingredients for their bone broths: all of the bones come from antibiotic and hormone free beef and certified organic chicken, pasture raised and free run, from Canadian farms. All of the vegetables and spices are organic, and the only other ingredients are Himalayan sea salt, organic apple cider vinegar, and non-GMO citric acid.
You can drink it on its own, use it as a base for sauces … or better yet, you could try out one of the 24 delicious keto soup and stew recipes below!
And I saved the best for last: Canadian customers can get 20% off with code KETO20 from January 31, 2018 to February 10, 2018. Be sure to stock up!

You could make this soup with beef or pork, I’m leaning towards pork, with pork rinds as a binder, Broya chicken bone broth, and nutritional yeast instead of parmesan. Rice cauliflower, fresh spinach, celery, and all the seasonings? I’m in!
Coffee and wine … together … in a stew? Is this real life? I can only imagine how tender and juicy the meat would be.
Tender diced chicken thighs, a rich chicken bone broth from Broya thickened with extra gelatin, and dairy-free creaminess. This soup puts the condensed can versions to shame!

A classic paleo chicken soup with diced jicama in place of rice! With Broya chicken bone broth and added apple cider vinegar, this soup is capable of kicking any winter sniffles!
I’m used to eating burgers without the bun, but this time? It’s in a bowl! And of course I have some dairy-free options for you: try butter flavored coconut oil, my soy-free paleo cream cheese, swap out heavy cream for full fat coconut milk, and top with dairy-free melty cheese, if you feel so inclined.
I love this recipe because you can use it as a base and add whatever your heart desires! Make it with beef OR chicken broth from Broya and throw in some protein, whatever you’d like!
This recipe is like a lovely marriage of two awesome things: beef stew and chili. You could even add some caulirice on the side, and top with avocado. Comfort in a bowl!
One of the most popular recipes on my website, and you can see why! Made with grass fed beef, Broya beef bone broth, Brussels sprouts … not your average fat bomb!

Just like the classic Super Bowl Sunday dip, only this version is more of a Souper Bowl Anyday option, am I right? Need it dairy-free? Me too. Use butter flavored coconut oil, whip up some soy-free paleo cream cheese, and swap out heavy cream for full fat coconut milk. Boom.
Souper versatile — this soup can be served hot, cold, or even as a dip! Make it with Broya’s beef or chicken stock, you choose the flavor profile! Add your favorite protein and you’ve got a perfect keto meal, loaded with veggies, that can be reheated and remixed however you’d like!
Broya beef broth, fresh grated ginger, habanero … I had to include this one because the flavor looks absolutely amazing, and you can serve it with Miracle Noodles! This is a great option for a family dinner — everyone can customize their toppings.

Combine Broya chicken bone broth with real beef shanks, an amazing assortment of spices, veggies, and ACV, simmer, and enjoy a mug of protein-packed marrow-fortified beef stew.
Another classic soup, and YES, you can make it dairy-free with butter flavored coconut oil, soy-free paleo cream cheese, swap out heavy cream for full fat coconut milk, and dairy-free melty cheese! Just don’t skimp on the bacon, okay? I’d go with Broya’s chicken bone broth for this recipe.
So easy and so deliciously savory, this would be perfect for Broya’s beef bone broth, with some butter flavored coconut oil to keep it dairy-free. Missing the croutons? I’ve got a Flaxseed Focaccia Bread recipe that would work perfectly.
