When I was a keto beginner years ago, I came from a place of restriction: I wasn’t ready to trust myself around food, so I felt like I had to follow the keto rules and really do everything “perfectly.” I had to fall on my face a few times before I realized that my ketogenic diet can be whatever I need it to be, and I don’t need to be keto 100% of the time.
I’ve become a pro at breaking the keto rules and that rule-breaking is what helped me understand what works best for me and my body. If the typical keto diet rules don’t work for you, and you find yourself falling off the keto wagon, this episode is for you!
