  1. Hi, great podcast! I’ve had amenorrhea for 3 years and started keto 10 days ago. How long do you think I should wait to do my first carb up?

  2. The lucuma powder I buy has 17g of sugar per 100g….so half a cup would be like 8.5g ish?! 66g of carbs total. I googled and found another brand, all claiming to be 100% lucuma powder, with 85g of carbs, sugars not given. Navitas Naturals seems to have 80g carbs, 20g sugar per 100g… what you reckon?!?!
