One of the things I love most about being in the keto space is that I get to chat with other keto people. Vanessa and I met over the internet a few months ago, and after she came on The Keto Diet Podcast, I got to come on her podcast!
We recently met up at KetoCon in person and it was AWESOME! I’m so grateful to share the keto space with someone as smart and driven as Vanessa.
