  1. Leanne,
Yes please talk more on children and body image. My 14 year old daughter came to me recently and said “help me loss weight mom.” She has watched me for year being boarder line obsessed with calorie restriction and exercise. I’m happy to say, after meeting you I have switched gears and became more conscious of healing my body and less concerned with a number on the “silver demon” but I feel like years of her watching me try to loss weight has given her a warped picture of weight versus health. Thanks for all you gal’s do :-)

    • Hi, Theresa! I’m so glad you’ve shifted your focus to healing, rather than weight loss. Congrats on making that shift :) I’m sure that your daughter will observe these changes you’re making, too, and hopefully her focus will also shift. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences!
