  1. Isn’t the protein content of Collagen Peptides and Bone Broth too high for a ketogenic diet? I’m confused as to if I should add these products and how much.

    • It’s all relative to how much protein you’re already eating. And some people do better with higher protein on keto. It totally depends on the person! I love using collagen because it’s a quick and easy way to get my protein in– and I can easily take it with me on the go.
