I’ve talked to so many keto women who started eating keto for weight loss only to realize that there is more to life than losing weight on a ketogenic diet or stressing about what to eat. It’s in the struggles we face that we’re able to grow and learn throughout the experience. Eating keto can be that catalyst that opens the door for all kinds of awesome healing, you just have to be willing to embrace the struggles that come with the process.
