    I’ve been following the keto diet for 2 months now and have lost about 7 lbs and have stalled. I have not reached ketosis yet and wonder if I ever will? I am 50 years old and am in peri-menopause. I know that this hormone fluctuation is defitenitely the culprit of my weight loss stall and being unable to get into ketosis. Do you have any info that can help me push through this hormone chaos?

  2. I know I may be alone in this, but I must give my perspective. I have watched your little videos for many months. I have found them brief and very useful. I guess I just don’t understand the whole podcast thing. I listened to #7 until I just couldn’t stand it anymore and I never got to any useful information. Am I the only one who does not have time to listen to what everyone else is spending all day doing? It is the same reason I don’t buy most webinars–more indulgence that data. Sorry, Sandra
