So, what’s this newfangled “intermittent fasting” thing all about? You’ve likely come across the concept at some point in your wellness journey. It’s gaining popularity, and for good reason. Simply put, intermittent fasting is the strategic utilization of shorter fasting periods. But why fasting?
Well, the science is in and the benefits of fasting are many. Wanna lose body fat without slowing down your metabolism? Don’t cut your calories. Instead, cut all calories for short periods of time. Note, don’t read that and think that I promote fasting as a daily thing. Make intermittent fasting work for you, not against you. For more details, watch this video.
