  1. This is my second time to be on your sight…you look so happy about this diet-however I am wondering why I am not losing weight doing a very similar approach. I am 65yo female, 190 lbs, get minimal exercise (due to effects of depression) drink 100 ounces of water daily and seem to be cooking or preparing acceptable food nonstop. My husband loves the food and feels much better eating this way.

  2. Hi Leanne. Just found this site and I love it. I’m wondering why you got a b12 injection instead if taking it orally? Any advice on how much b12 to take daily and why it’s a good idea?

    • If you have poor digestion, you won’t be able to properly absorb the b12 when taken orally. Getting in the form of a shot bypasses the gut. It’s a good idea to take b12 if you’re deficient in it and your healthcare provider recommends taking it.

  3. Did I miss it, or is there a recipe for the chicken liver somewhere? Thanks!!
