Many of us have been there – the “fresh start” of a new diet, the eagerness of a life imagined if we could just lose the last 10 pounds/eat clean for more than 5 days/gain the willpower to complete daily workouts. But a week into our renewed effort, cravings hit, binging occurs, and we’re right back to square one. Actually, make that negative one.
I’ve been there, like right there in the middle of it all. But something majorly shifted when I started eating more fat. By setting myself free of cravings, with a Fat Fueled approach to eating, I was finally able to create the space I needed to develop a healthy relationship with food. No more crash dieting, no more restriction, no more crazy.
