If you say yes to one of the nine, it could be a sign that food obsession and dieting is affecting your life. How eating more FAT can finally set you free.
Many of us have been there – the “fresh start” of a new diet, the eagerness of a life imagined if we could just lose the last 10 pounds/eat clean for more than 5 days/gain the willpower to complete daily workouts. But a week into our renewed effort, cravings hit, binging occurs, and we’re right back to square one. Actually, make that negative one.
I’ve been there, like right there in the middle of it all. But something majorly shifted when I started eating more fat. By setting myself free of cravings, with a Fat Fueled approach to eating, I was finally able to create the space I needed to develop a healthy relationship with food. No more crash dieting, no more restriction, no more crazy.
I saw these 9 things in myself when I was overcoming the diet mentality. And, I see many of them in my one-on-one clients. If you say “yes” to any of the 9 signs I’ve put together here for you, it could be a sign that you’re ready to make a change in your life… live free, heal, and trust that your body, has your back. Literally.
Think about food? Obsess about weight? Going crazy over “healthy” choices? Cravings got you wild?
