The most-powerful lesson I’ve learned (says the girl that reads upwards of 2 books/week on health and nutrition) is that – the more you understand your individual body (how you respond, mastering your emotions, connecting with yourself on a cellular level), the stronger your “filter” becomes. You can take in what you need, wash away what you don’t and move on with life.

BUT! The key to this is being open to change. If you’re not open to change, adjustment and self-improvement, seeking for answers to your health concerns is a complete waste of time. Take this from someone who forced herself to live as a vegan for too many years.

    Thanks for the review. I’m actually super interested in your experience with the grass fed butter and your sensitivity to dairy. I haven’t been able to eat dairy in forever (makes me super grumpy, digestive issues, skin issues) so I’ve never tried the grass fed stuff. Your comment made me rethink about testing it out. What was your experience?

  2. Thank you for this amazing informative video, Leanne! I’ve been following your Keto book since October and I’m so happy with all the changes it’s driven. I’m also frequently frustrated when finding recipes that fit this lifestyle, because like you said, too often they include slightly scary ingredients and don’t focus on whole foods. I’m glad to know this book seems more in line with the whole foods style of keto. I’m very interested in hearing more about cyclical keto though! I’ve read about it a fair amount but I’m looking forward to hearing your take on it.
