No more thinking longingly of eating a sandwich, only to be disappointed that they always seem to be too high in carbs and other unfriendly ingredients. Traditionally, sandwiches and even wraps are a no-no when it comes to low-carb diets (like keto). And when you do find one that’s lower in carbs, it doesn’t seem to taste quite right.
That’s why I have compiled this mouth-watering list of recipes for us keto folk, so we can enjoy keto sandwiches, keto wraps, and even keto burgers! (dances about excitedly before regaining composure) Ahem. Yes, back to telling you about the keto recipe roundup.
Anyway, this list is low-carb, high-fat, and of course keto-friendly sandwiches and wraps, with a couple of my personal suggestions to make the recipes work for your Fat Fueled keto life. You can use these low-carb, paleo and keto recipes for picnics, barbecues, summer dinners, back to school lunches . . . you get the picture. First up, tantalize your taste buds with this twist on a traditional (and keto) Korean dish. It’s got loads of flavor, so the trick is to actually stop and breathe every once in awhile when you’re eating these delicious wraps. For a perfectly keto-friendly meal, replace the maple syrup with alcohol-free stevia.
