2019 will be here before we know it, and with a new year comes a huge push to list your resolutions, make big changes, and overhaul your life. New year, new you… but what’s wrong with who you are right now?
If you’re sick of that same cycle of being told you’re not enough, setting goals rooted in deprivation, pushing yourself to restrict and control, and then carrying the weight of being human, then this episode is for you. It’s the message I wish I had so many years ago, and one that I’ll continue to revisit in the future when I need to remind myself of my power.
