Peppermint Hemp Fat Fudge
A daily delight! These fat bombs taste just like fudge, without the dairy. And, they’re made smooth with hemp hearts. The count of final fat bombs that you’ll get from this recipe depends on the silicone mold used. I used a silicone mold with rectangular cavities http://amzn.to/2at29Oo measuring 1 by ½-inch (2.5 by 1.25 cm). I like using rectangular molds for this recipe so it feels more fudge-like, but any silicone mold will do the trick!
How To Make a Gelatin Egg
Prepare this egg-free replacement at the time of baking, and add to the recipe as you would an egg. I am unsure whether the gelatin egg can be prepared, chilled, and warmed again before use so would recommend that you prepare the eggs fresh and use right away.
Simply multiply the below recipe for how many eggs the original recipe calls for, and you’re set. This health-promoting egg replacement works best in cakes, cookies, and brownies.
Egg for egg, gelatin eggs costs $0.50 per egg and a free-range, organic egg is, on average $0.58 per egg. So not only are you benefiting your gut but your wallet as well!

Green Coffee Shake
This morning-friendly beverage combines three of our favorite things – fat bombs, green shakes, and coffee. Now you can have all three with this Rocket Fuel Latte inspired shake.
If you don’t have greens+O just yet, feel free to replace with your current greens powder. Genuine Health vegan greens+O is sweetened with stevia, which is why you don’t see any sweetener in this recipe. If you’re opting out from using greens powder altogether, you could add 2 to 3 teaspoons of confectioners’ erythritol or 2 to 4 drops of liquid stevia, to taste. If you are sensitive to corn, you may react to erythritol in which case; you could use the liquid stevia.
