Keto Cardamom Porridge

Hemp-based keto breakfast porridge with notes of vanilla, white chocolate, and cardamom.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons rose water, optional

Instructions

  1. Place the milk of your choice, hemp hearts, shredded coconut, oil of your choice, sweetener, vanilla, and cardamom in a medium-sized saucepan. Heat on medium stirring frequently until the porridge reaches a light simmer.
  2. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until hemp hearts soften. If the mixture gets too thick, add 2 tablespoons of water.
  3. Remove from the heat, stir in the rose water, if using. Divide the mixture between four bowls and enjoy.
