    • It sure is! You can find it pretty much anywhere eBooks are sold– Kindle, iBooks, Kobo.

  2. I would describe my shopping experience buying Keto as easy. I’m prepared with a list of what I need to make simple meals for myself. I keep costs down by buying discounted meat that I separate and freeze. I also buy frozen veggies so they don’t spoil before I can eat them.
