Hey guys! Whether you’re a fan of drinking green things during October or not, I have a treat for you today! I’ve been attempting to come up with original ways to enjoy my daily dose of Genuine Health vegan greens+O, and I’m pretty proud of this creation.

In today’s recipe video, I’m explaining why Genuine Health vegan greens+O is a fabulous greens powder plus showing you how to prepare this wonderful drink, that could be in addition to, or in replacement of, your Rocket Fuel Latte.

Genuine Health vegan greens+O is formulated especially for those who are both passionate and sensitive about the foods they eat. In their +O formulation, all of the allergens have been replaced with innovative ingredients, such as organic spirulina, broccoli sprouts, chia seeds, and sunflower lecithin! Available in great tasting original and delicious açaï & mango flavours. greens+ O is 100% vegan, wheat free, gluten free, soy free, and dairy free.

I love this greens powder because it actually tastes good, unlike other brands I’ve tried. In today’s recipe, I used the natural vanilla powder. Don’t have greens+O just yet? Don’t you worry, I’ve included suggestions on how to make these Green Coffee Shakes without it. Check the details of the recipe, right down below.

This morning-friendly beverage combines three of our favorite things – fat bombs, green shakes, and coffee. Now you can have all three with this Rocket Fuel Latte inspired shake.

If you don’t have greens+O just yet, feel free to replace with your current greens powder. Genuine Health vegan greens+O is sweetened with stevia, which is why you don’t see any sweetener in this recipe. If you’re opting out from using greens powder altogether, you could add 2 to 3 teaspoons of confectioners’ erythritol or 2 to 4 drops of liquid stevia, to taste. If you are sensitive to corn, you may react to erythritol in which case; you could use the liquid stevia.

Makes 28 fl. oz. (830 ml)
  • 1 13.5 fl. oz. (400 ml) can of full-fat coconut milk
  • 1½ cup chilled brewed coffee (decaf or regular)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon Genuine Health vegan greens+O, vanilla-flavored
  • 8 ice cubes, for serving
  1. Place all ingredients but ice in the jug of your blender. Blend for 10 seconds, or until smooth.
  2. Divide between four 10 fl. oz. (300 ml) glasses, drop two ice cubes in each glass and enjoy.
For potential leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days, give it a little shake before consuming.

  1. Hey Leanne, The recipe says nut-free, but almond butter is listed as an ingredient. I am nut and seed intolerant. But taking that out drastically changes recipe consistancies. What could I sub? (No coconut either, but I replace the coconut milk with oil/fat and water)

    • Hi Ashley! Oh no, this shouldn’t be listed as nut-free at all! Could you tell me where you see that so I can fix it? As for a substitution, soy butter and sunflower seed butter are potential substitutes, though I can’t attest to how well they’ll work. Sorry for the confusion!

  2. hi am new on keto i been on keto for 1 month now and no weight loss is keto diet works for everyone? or just not for me. i am 65 pounds over weight please help me!

  3. Love your site, also love saving your recipes on pinterest! Is there any way you could put a pin button at the top of the page? I bet it would increase your pin rate ;) I’m attempting to do vegan keto and I couldn’t live without this site. Thank you so much!

    • You sure can! I’m sure it’ll be extra creamy and delicious ;)

  4. What if I want to totally substitute grren O with things normally stocked in the kitchen?Frankly speaking this green shake sounds like disguised form of marketing for Green O!

    • Feel free to use any greens powder! If yours isn’t flavored, you can add a bit of stevia or erythritol for sweetness.
