My favorite Christmas memories, from when I was younger to now, plus all the different traditions I’ve celebrated through the years, my husband’s traditions, and so much more.
Christmas has always been a special time of year for me, and even though the traditions have changed as I’ve gotten older, and the traditional meals have changed to keto meals, the magic that comes with this season brings me right back to when I was a kid. There’s something about this time of year that makes it feel like anything is possible, and I love being able to relive these memories with my husband, Kevin.
If this is your first keto holiday, or you’re finding it hard to celebrate the holidays keto-style, I think this episode might help you get into the spirit. Remember: there’s more to the holidays than worrying about staying keto. Whatever you celebrate, however you celebrate, Kevin and I are wishing Happy Holidays to you and yours!
