It’s done, I can’t do it, I have nothing to say, people don’t like me, I can’t do it anymore. Overcoming fear and self-doubt is hard to do, but absolutely necessary if we want to live our lives with abundance, happiness, and freedom.

Quitting because we’re scared of the outcome is the WORST thing ever. I think back to the many, many times I almost quit something (this blog, the keto diet, my many programs, my new paperback, social activities with friends, etc.) and am SO thankful that I didn’t go through with it.

I'm ready!

When you DESPERATELY want to quit something out of fear, that’s when you should keep going full steam ahead! This is especially true when we’re adjusting our eating style to align with our values.

I want to live life to the fullest. Don’t we all? The problem with that plan is fear and self-doubt. As soon as we’ve stretched our wings to realize our full potential, there goes that little voice inside our heads that says, “Who are you kidding? You’re a nobody” or, “There’s no way this is going to work” or,  “Sure, she did it… but I don’t think you can”… and the list goes on and on.

There are a lot of things that scare me. Being called out, confrontation, feeling unloved, not being accepted, looking like a fool, saying the wrong thing, improper pronunciation of medical terms, being rejected, being laughed at…

So many of these things have stopped me from living the life I want to live. And, I think you can relate. In today’s video, we’re chatting about fear, self-doubt, and how they’re keeping you from that perfect life you’ve always dreamed of.

Basically, think of this as a guide on how to do what you want to do, when you want to do it without worrying about what others will think.
