Bone broth is full of healthy minerals, amino acids, protein, collagen, and gelatin — and is one of nature’s ultimate superfoods.
When I’m in a hurry – running out the door for a meeting, only have 2.4 minutes to prepare lunch, or don’t feel like messing up a kitchen, I go to bone broth. Not only is it my ‘secret weapon’ for time saving, it also reduces inflammation, improves digestion, supports adrenal health, strengthens immune, and makes my hair grow faster ;)
This delicious liquid is full of healthy minerals, amino acids, protein, collagen, and gelatin — and is one of nature’s ultimate superfoods.
Be warned, though — not all bone broth is created equal!
The advantages of bone broth come from the quality of the ingredients and the preparation method.
Unfortunately, when you make it on your own, it can take up to 24 to 48 hours to prepare — and as a busy person, it’s not always easy to fit that kind of prep work into your schedule.
I’m diggin’ it in a big way. It’s so gelatinous (that’s the good stuff) when you take it out of the carton! It takes just a few quick minutes of warming up on the stove, and it’s good to go.
Important notes: Kettle & Fire bone broth is only available for shipment within the US.
My team and I work on finding the best products that not only have quality ingredients, but care about their customers. It has taken us years to find products with ingredients and integrity that I can stand behind. These brands want to be part of our community, and this blog post is one of the ways we’re sharing their awesomeness. Opinions in this blog post are never ever influenced by the partner. Like, never!
