  1. Hey Leanne,
Just wanted to thank you for being so awesome! I’ve listened to all your podcasts and watched all of your YouTube videos and have learned so much about keto, especially for us as women. The small changes that I’ve made and what I have learned have really made a difference. I even started my cycle again which I have not had in 2 years! But now I’m at a point where my weigh seems to be stalling and I’m craving more meat! Naturally my first instinct was to cut calories… but I don’t want to overdo or under do anything . I’m not sure which direction to go with this. Any suggestions?

    • Thanks for sharing your awesome experience! So happy for you that things are going well :) Do you have Fat Fueled? Check out the chapter on Weight & Plateaus — I think you’ll find what you’re looking for there!

  2. Have your book ” Fat Fueled”, been on Keto x 42 days after reading ” Keto Clarity”, lost 6 #s initially, now stalled, feeling bloated, full, low energy, sleep interrupted, thinking about fasting today, not sure best approach. Was keeping carbs around 20g/ day, took your advice and did carbs at hs which helped. HELP!!

    • Hey, Kay! Did you try a carb up and it helped? If that’s the case, increasing your carbs overall or incorporating regular carb ups might be helpful :)
