The majority of us just want to lose weight on keto, but are frustrated when our efforts go unnoticed by our body. We reduce calories, count our macros, stay “on plan” for weeks and weeks, and nothing. What’s at play here? Why isn’t your body responding? It’s not what you think!

But here’s the thing: if your body isn’t responding to keto, it could be that there’s something going on internally that’s making it challenging for your body to lose weight. See, when we’re experiencing a lack of sex drive, irregular cycles, hair falling out, cold hands and feet, feeling exhausted all of the time, being constipated, these are all signs that our body is trying to communicate an imbalance to us… and there we are just trying to lose weight
