Serves: 2

Ingredients
  • 1 Sleepy Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie
  • 1 Sleepy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Smoothie
Instructions
  1. Prepare smoothies as directed above, then layer in 2 tall glasses.
  2. Makes 2 servings. These babies are great the next day too.
I’ve had people tell me they blend all of the ingredients the night before, then let it sit overnight [say if you have a roommate that doesn’t like the sound of a blender waking them up at 4am]. If you need added protein, don’t be afraid to add protein powder to the mix before letting it sit overnight. What do you usually have for breakfast? Strawberry, or chocolate?
