Ingredients
- 16oz. (2 cups) brewed coffee or tea, for a boost
- 3 tablespoons full-fat coconut milk, for foam action
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder, for chocolatey goodness
- 1 tablespoon chia seed, for fiber + omegas
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil, for a happy brain
- pinch vanilla bean powder or ¼ teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract, for flavor
- 4-6 drops alcohol-free stevia, for sweetness
Instructions
Brew coffee, add to the jug of your high-powered blender along with remaining ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute. Transfer to a cup and enjoy!

Notes
I almost prefer when the stevia is added after the coffee is blended. To do this, omit from the blending process and add to your cup, before pouring in the coffee. Give everything a good stir and enjoy.
