Finding a work/life balance has been an ongoing challenge for me; even when I don’t have a heavy workload, I love to schedule every minute of my day to be SUPER productive. But lately, I’m learning that being productive isn’t making me happy… and I’m over it!

It turns out, the key to happiness isn’t piling more on my to-do list and scheduling every minute of my day. It took living on a boat and acclimating to island time for me to realize this, so I’m sharing with you so that you can find more happiness, wherever you are.
