It’s been almost 2 months since I began hormone replacement therapy (HRT). The first couple of weeks were a bit rocky with minor sleeping issues, nausea, nervousness and irrational thoughts & behaviors. But, I am feeling pretty good now. My body is changing and it feels… right.
All I want to do is get my hormones and bones to a place where my body is able to support my health without the use of HRT. And I have an awesome, rockin’ new sponsor that’s supporting me along my journey.
AOR is a Canadian-based company (their products can be found in Canada, US and UK) with headquarters in Calgary, my hometown! What I love about them? They’re local, they pride themselves in innovative research, they’re all about scientific integrity, quality manufacturing and consumer education programs. Plus? They love giving back by being part of something BIG… which is where Healthful Pursuit comes in.
Over the next 3 months, AOR will be with us supporting our journey of obtaining hormone health. I’ll be taking their Estro Adapt and Bone Basics supplements, hosting sweet products giveaways for you, sharing hormone healthy recipes, and chatting about all things woman.
Plus, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month here in Canada. $1.00 of every Estro Adapt and Fem Adapt supplement purchase will be donated to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
Because healthy hormones thrive in a highly alkaline and detoxified environment, I made a smoothie that alkalizes my body AND detoxifies it at the very same time. I’ve been enjoying it with 2 capsules of AOR Estro Adapt for massive hormone balancing action.
So far, so good!
