Snack Attack!!!

I am a self professed snacker.

There’s always a pile of coconut bars in my car, a couple of fruit bars in the desk drawer of my office, and a couple of mini bags of nut butters in my purse. A girl can never be too prepared.

As long as you’re going for products that are going to keep you fuller, longer, snacks are a great way to keep your metabolism running, maintain healthy energy levels, and keep your brain functioning at tip-top performance.

I’ve spent years looking for the tastiest, healthiest snacks and thought it would be fun to share a couple of my favorites with one lucky HP reader! [Because you guys are so awesome, and I appreciate all the support you continue to show on a daily basis!]

As much as I would love to send you a box of my favorite homemade goodies, I’ll stick to things that are easier to ship.

  1. My favorite snack in the world is hummus. Hummus is amazezballz. I love it with crackers, or carrots, and when they’re done – or I stop kidding myself – I use a spoon.

  2. My favorite is a honecrisp apple with some gooey peanut butter, I also love Sabra hummus with carrots!

  3. Favorite snack food is a very tough one indeed and usually not a healthy one. If they are around peanut butter filled pretzel, or bugles or a dried fruit blend but I love to grab a Cliff bar to hold off a hunger pain. I was introduced to these while in Iraq and was happy to see how many varieties they offered when I got back.
