- Preheat oven 350F
- In large bowl, mix together egg, quinoa flakes, mustard, thyme, salt and pepper. Stir in onions, and parsley, then bison and yak; mix until just combined. Shape into ¾-inch thick patties.
- Place on pan and cook for 15 minutes
- Add barbecue sauce of your choice (or chili sauce works really well)
- Remove pan from oven and pour sauce over patties. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes
