Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas, drained (reserve 3 tablespoon of liquid)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1.5 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon jalapenos, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
