  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon miso
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon herbamare or Himalayan rock salt
