Blended breakfast pudding that’s high in fiber and has absolutely no added sugars.
Dairy-free, Egg-free, Gluten-free, Grain-free, Nut-free, Paleo, Refined Sugar-free, Soy-free, Sugar-free, Vegan, Vegetarian
Lucuma Powder: is what I used instead of sugar in this recipe. It gives the pudding a light maple flavor. You could replace it with a touch of maple syrup. I have not tested this.
