  • 1 cup blackberries, frozen
  • 2 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seed butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 15g/half scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 3 ice cubes
