  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seed, flax seed or hemp seed
  • 1/2 cup homemade apple juice
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup tightly packed kale leaves

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in your blender in the order listed, then blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
