Leanne is a total badass when it comes to deciphering the ketosis eating approach. The Keto Beginning is written in an easy-to-understand format and takes the guess work out of the science behind ketosis on the physiological level, by explaining it in terms that make sense. Also, she shares her own personal experiences and journey entering this lifestyle, which is really interesting to learn about! It takes a brave person to pursue a dietary lifestyle change that goes completely against what we’ve been conditioned to believe is ‘healthy’.
