What I LOVE about Leanne’s protocols is that they are for women. My favorite book (so far!), is Fat Fueled because it taught me not to worry about calories, macros and the other little things that cause added stress. I feel great, my obsessing over what to eat or not to eat is gone, and most importantly, I have learned to listen to what my body needs and doesn’t need, and that it is all a work in progress.
