Hi, my name is Leanne… and I’m addicted to quinoa breakfast cookies, cookies, breakfast… and quinoa. In the last month, I’ve made Quinoa Carrot Cake Breakfast Cookies, Quinoa Zucchini Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies, Quinoa Banana Bread Bread Breakfast Cookies and now these Quinoa Apple Pie Breakfast Cookies.
The thing that drives Kevin absolutely, crazy insane? When I create a really, really, really good recipe for the blog… and then never make it again. It’s not that I don’t want to make it again, I do. But I create upwards of 15 recipes a week. Going back to old favorites just… doesn’t happen.
Kevin has turned into a dairy-free milk monster. He adds it to his ginormous bowls of protein oats, whips up 1-2 protein smoothies per day, and even drinks the stuff! Coming from a guy who used to live on frozen meals and Cherrios (with 2% milk)… we’ve come a far ways.
