Refreshing smoothie made with just 5 ingredients and loaded with protein and healthy greens!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vanilla goat dairy yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon raw almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Place in your blender in the order of the ingredients listed, then blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy!
