Cacao – whose flavanoids help keep your heart healthy, spirulina – that’s rich in antioxidants and fantastic for your cellular health, and spinach – which is proven to lower inflammation. It’s all there, and packed into a delicious chocolatey cup!

If you’re new to spirulina and not a big fan of the taste, try adding two tablespoons of cacao powder to hide the taste, then slowly work your way up to one to two teaspoons of spirulina and one tablespoons of cacao.
