Blueberry Pudding

A delicious simple fruit-based pudding made with cucumber!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 6 drops of liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor until combined. Top with toppings of choice. We used buckwheat groats.
