I was recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic with my A1C blood glucose levels at 6.2. I was shocked as I thought I ate healthy. Since then, I have been using your version of the keto diet. This week I went to my doctor appointment (2 months later). I was ECSTATIC, to say the least, when I heard the news of my blood glucose levels being at 5.6 from 6.2 in just 2 months! Thank you, thank you, thank you! This has been such a blessing to me. I’m not new to keto, but after listening to all the No Sugarcoating podcasts on a road trip, I decided to try the Balanced Keto weekly meal plans as a way to mix it up from eating bacon and eggs every day.
