Vegan Cheese and Veggie Wraps

Super simple, gluten-free sandwich wraps made with rice paper and nori sheets.

For The Wraps

  1. Wet rice paper sheet and place on a clean plate. Allow to sit for 1 minute to soften. Meanwhile, prepare your sandwich ingredients.
  2. Place the nori sheet on top of the rice paper sheet. Spread cheez whiz or other type of spread (hummus would be great) on one side of the nori.
  3. Add toppings (anything will work here but the fresh dill with the cheez whiz is incredible).
  4. Begin to roll, halfway up. Tuck in the sides, roll completely. Then allow the wrap to sit, stem side down, for a minute or so to stick together. If it’s not sticking, add a touch of water.
