Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon coconut cream – use the thick cream from the top of  a can of chilled full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoon cacao or carob powder
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • pinch white stevia

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and pour over top ice cream

If you don’t like stevia, replace with 1/2 teaspoon agave nectar or honey.
If you are following a candida diet, make sure you use carob powder.
