- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 knob of fresh ginger
- 1 ½ teaspoon homemade chai spice
- ½ teaspoon pure gluten-free vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
