Peaches and Mixed Green Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 cups organic spring mix greens
  • 1 cup peach chunks
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • small handful dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup cubed firm tofu
  • raspberry vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Gently toss everything except almonds.
  2. Top salad with almonds.
  3. Eat immediately.
