Cashew Caesar Salad Dressing

Dairy-free, vegan and raw Caesar salad dressing without nutritional yeast.

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic or 1/2 onion
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 teaspoon herbamare
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon braggs soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Drizzle over salad [mine was made up of baby romaine, kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes and cucumbers]
  3. Will store in the fridge for up to 7 days
