I just received your book (The Keto Diet) yesterday and I have only read a couple pages worth, but already I can see the similarities to my life and how this is going to give me the confidence I’m needing to continues on and fight the “haters.” I’m always the kind of person that reads everything before just jumping into something new. It’s amazing how no matter what I try to do to improve MY life, there is so much negative response when people don’t understand.  I just thought you should know you touched someone in need.
