My absolute favorite part to running my business is getting to interact with each of you. I’ve answered your emails, comments, questions and messages. I’ve listened to the struggles you have with grocery budgeting, adapting to a new diet, finding the time to eat healthier, dealing with cravings and insecurities…

I know exactly what you’re going through because I’ve been there, too. We’re all on this journey together.

About 6 years ago; after I spent a year wishing I was healthy and not doing much about it, I started meal planning as a way to keep me accountable and on track with my health goals. I wanted to quite smoking, to workout more, reduce my sugar intake and overcome my cravings. Meal planning helped me eat more regularly and make my health a priority.

The only downfall was that planning my meals took 3-4 hours per week. I had to pull out my cookbooks, prepare a shopping list and balance the plans so that they had the right nutrients. It was a huge commitment but I can say with 100% certainty that meal planning changed my life.

When I started my nutrition consultation practice, meal planning was at the heart of every interaction I had! I’ve seen my meal plans change the lives of hundreds of my clients. And that makes me feel amazing.

  3. I have been gluten free since last May and had gotten in such a rut with my meals. I received my first meal plan last week. I absolutely love it.
    I am a very busy single mother, between work and taxiing the kids around I don’t have time to plan out meals. A friend forwarded me a link to your website. I was so excited that you had a weekly menu with shopping list and all. I wasn’t sure how my 12 and 13 year old girls were going to like it. They love it!! Their favorite of course is the smoothies. We have tried quite a few different recipes off of your website.
