Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small blender and blend until rosemary is broken up and oil is emulsified.
