10-Minute Strawberry Chia Seed Jam

This no-refined-sugar strawberry jam has the added benefits of fiber from chia seeds—and it’s super quick. No slaving over a hot stove!

  1. Add strawberries, honey and water to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, uncovered, on medium-high heat.
  2. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and add chia seeds. Continue to lightly boil, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring every minute or so.
  3. Transfer mixture to a jar and allow jam to cool on the counter. Use right away or cover and refrigerate overnight to thicken completely.
